Present petition can be disposed off in view of prayer clause "B".

The petitioner seeks directions against respondent no.2 to take decision on the pending proposal in respect of appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground sent by respondent no.3 on 10.8.2018.

The learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2, and, on instructions, makes a statement that proposal would be decided within four (4) weeks from today.

We direct Respondent no. 2 to scrutinize the proposal within a period of two weeks and, if there are any deficiencies, it should be communicated immediately to the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 to cure those defects, if any, within a period of one week and ultimately respondent no.2 to take final decision on the said proposal within one week thereafter that means the final decision should be taken by respondent no.2 within a period of Four (4) weeks from today.
