ORDER

(I) The civil application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause "C".

(II) The appellant shall bring on record the legal heirs of deceased claimant Parwatibai @ Parwati Chanappa Mudgade by making necessary amendment in the memo of appeal within six (06) weeks from today.

(III) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
