Mr. Barde, learned Counsel for the respondent No. 4 states that the entire arrears of retiral and pensionary benefits has been paid to the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, same are belatedly.

The retiral benefits and pension are

4133.15 (2) required to be paid to the petitioner within six months from the date of retirement.

Considering the ground of financial constraints put by the respondents, we pass the following order :- : O R D E R :

Respondent No. 4 shall pay interest @6% per annum from the lapse of six months from the date of retirement, till the payment of arrears of retiral benefits and pension. The said payment be made expeditiously.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
