Learned advocate for respondent No.4 has placed on record copy of the order dated 25/11/2025 passed by the Education O1cer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed, wherein the petitioner's pay scale of trained teacher is notionally calculated and his pension and gratuity amounts are revised. It is further submitted that the said order is forwarded to the Director of Education (Primary) for sanction.

The Director of Education (Primary) shall accord sanction to the said proposal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the pecuniary bene9ts shall be released to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. With these directions, the contempt petition is disposed of. 3.
