This is an application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar on 24.02.2014 refusing registration of the writ petition for non removal of office objections and for condoning the delay occurred in presenting instant application.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 24.02.2014, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the writ petition is quashed and set aside and the writ petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting the instant application stands condoned.
