The petitioner is awaiting decision of respondent No. 4 - the District Social Welfare Officer on the proposal forwarded by respondent No. 5 - management dated 10.04.2024 (Exhibit - 'F') for grant of approval to his appointment as a teacher. 2.

We have heard learned advocate for the petitioner, learned AGP as also Mr. Pulkundwar learned advocate, who appears for respondent No. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to consider the proposal (Exhibit - 'F') on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, under intimation to respondent No. 5 and 6.
