The application is filed for condonation of delay of 192 days caused in bringing L.Rs. of respondent No. 3-G on record and for setting aside abatement. Notices were duly served on the proposed L.Rs. Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

In view of the contentions and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown for condonation of delay.

In the result, Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring L.Rs. on record. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
