1) Learned counsel for the parties are present.

Today they produced compromise document signed by the appellants and respondent Nos. 1 to 6. They submit that already compromise between the remaining parties on one hand and respondent Nos.7/1, 7/2 and 7/3 is filed (on

2 SA 537/2014 23-4-2015) and the said compromise document is verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial). The parties are identified by their respective counsel. Learned counsel submit that as the parties have settled the dispute they want compromise decree in terms of the compromise document today filed on record. This compromise document is taken n record.

2) Compromise decree is to be prepared in terms of both the documents of compromise i.e. the one filed today and the other which is dated 23rd April 2015. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. Civil Application stands disposed of.
