This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. 2.

At the out set, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant/appellant has not surrendered before the trial Court and, therefore, he wish to withdraw the present application with liberty to file bail application afresh after his surrender before the Court below along with documents.
