The order passed below Exhibits-15 and 17 in Regular Civil Suit No. 118 of 2014 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Basmathnagar, is hereby set aside by consent, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only). Costs to be deposited within two weeks from today in Regular Civil Suit No. 118 of 2014 before Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Basmathnagar. The respondent-plaintiff will be entitled to withdraw the same. The petitioners assure this Court that they shall co-operate the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit.
