This civil application is filed by the applicants for bringing L.Rs. of deceased appellant. It has been mainly contended by the applicants that appellant Bhagwan Kashinath Joshi has expired on 26/01/2017 at Pune leaving behind him the applicants as his L.Rs. The appellant died on 26/01/2017 and the present application is filed on 30/03/2017 The office note clearly indicates that application for bringing L.Rs. of deceased is in time. A copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Bhagwant Kashinath Khadkikar died on 26/01/2017. There is no contest to this application. Hence order.

ORDER

Civil application is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant Bhagwan Kashinath Joshi @ Bhagwant Kashinath Joshi Khadkikar within a period of limitation. Necessary amendment be carried out without delay. Civil application stands disposed of.
