Taking into consideration the fact that, the orders impugned in the present petitions are passed in the year 2019, thereby rejecting the prayer for interim relief, this Court is not

902-WP-1094-20 (+1) inclined to entertain the writ petitions after passage of more than four years. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matters, the writ petitions are disposed of. 3.

All contentions of the petitioners are kept open. 4.

Hearing of Regular Civil Suit No.651 of 2018 and Regular Civil Suit No.652 of 2018 is expedited. 5.

The Trial Court shall make every endeavour to decide suits within a period of one year from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
