We expect the concerned Authorities to deal with the pending proposals as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 60 days from today. Needless to state, Rule 41A, which was stayed by the State Government vide Government Resolution dated 1st December, 2022 and which Government Resolution is now stayed by the High Court, would be made applicable and these cases would be considered in terms of rule 41A of the MEPS Rules, 1981.
