There are several land losers/farmers who are in queue in the Land Acquisition Reference proceedings, waiting for a decision and consequent disbursement of compensation amounts. We have no reason to cause indulgence for directing an out of turn, special or early hearing in the matter of the year 2022 only because the Petitioner has approached this Court.
