The petitioner is awaiting approval to his appointment with the respondent No. 5 - the School, being run by the respondent No. 3 - the management. The proposal forwarded by the headmaster has been pending with respondent No. 2 - the Education Officer (Secondary) since 14.10.2024.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 - the Education Officer (Secondary) to consider the proposal mentioned hereinabove on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six weeks.
