Usmanpurkar for the appellant/Insurance Company and learned counsel Mr. Jahagirdar for respondent nos. 1A to 1C along with original claimants, are present today. They tender on record the terms of settlement, which is marked as exhibit 'X'.

With the assistance of learned counsel, we have ascertained identification of original claimants/respondent nos. 1A to 1C. Respondent no. 1/C is now married and her name is Swapnali Atul Sonmale.

First Appeal stands disposed of in view of terms of settlement at exhibit 'X'.

The appellant/Insurance Company shall be disbursed an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- from the amount which is already deposited in this Court. Balance amount with accrued interest shall be disbursed to respondent nos. 1A to 1C.

Court fees shall be refunded as per Rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
