Perused the allegations in the First Information Report (for short "FIR") and, in particular, incident dated 8th February, 2017. In our opinion, specific date and overtact are attributed for the accused, therefore, prayer for quashing the FIR cannot be entertained. Hence, the application stands rejected. The observations herein above are prima facie in nature and this order will not preclude the present applicants from availing appropriate remedy available in law in the event of filing chargesheet by the Investigating Officer.
