Considering the challenge to the Award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amount shall be kept in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposit be renewed thereafter from time to time till the disposal of the first appeal. 3.
