We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned prosecutor on behalf of the respondent - State. 2.

The learned prosecutor tenders a copy of the order dated 21-03-2021, passed by the Superintendent, Aurangabad Central Prison, vide which the petitioner has been granted emergency parole under Rule 19(1)(C) of the Maharashtra Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959. The copy of the said order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition stands worked out, in view of the order 'X'. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off.
