This matter was heard for some time and we noticed that the the petition is bereft of details, research and specific data. So also, the two petitioners desire that departmental enquiries be initiated against 15 officers and strict action be taken against them, in the absence of any specific information, specific contentions or material. The learned Advocate for the petitioners sought a pass over to take instructions. He, thereafter, submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
