In view of judgment dated 04.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3270 of 2022 and other connected matters, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy of filing Civil Suit.

It is informed that a suit being Civil Suit No. 949 of 2022 for injunction pertaining to the subject road is pending before the competent Civil Court. Petitioners may file fresh Civil suit or amend the pending Civil Suit, if they so desire. Even if the impugned orders are not challenged, the same will cease to operate if the controversy forming subject matter before the authorities is finally decided by Civil Court in favour of petitioners.

Interim order dated 25.04.2024 is continued up to 31.08.2025. Narwade

67-wp-4167-2024 -2Needless to mention that the Court will decide the application for grant of temporary injunction as also prayer for ad-interim order on its own merits without being influenced with the interim order as is granted by this Court.
