We have heard Mr. Dhawalkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 on instructions makes a statement that the work of supply of water to the residents of Kedgaon is completed and even the public notice is issued with regard to water connection. The water supply scheme for Kedgaon is completed.

In view of the said statement made, the grievance of

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
