By this application, the applicants pray for liberty to amend the Criminal Application No.1120/2020, in the light of the proposed amendment set out in paragraph No.4 and the proposed prayer clauses, in this application.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent no.2 - informant submits, on instructions, that she has no objection for amendment. He adds that in so far as the settlement of the matrimonial discord between the parties is

860.21APPLN.odt concerned, he is aware that the settlement has occurred. Yet, he would prefer to take written instructions from respondent no.2 - original informant.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out on or before 21st April, 2021.

Shri Rane, the learned Advocate submits that applicant no.7 Pandharinath Chaudhari has unfortunately passed away, last night, at 11.30 p.m., due to corona-virus infection. As such, the proceedings to the extent of applicant no.7 Pandharinath Chaudhari stands abated.

List Criminal Application No.1120/2020, in which the amendment is to be carried out, on 23rd April, 2021, for passing orders.
