The petitioner Trust is seeking registration under section 41 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015. It's proposal is pending with the respondent nos.1 & 2. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner also points out that necessary proposal/application in form 27 was submitted online. Deficiencies were pointed out. Those were duly complied with and still no final decision is being taken. 4.
