Having considered the contentions raised in the present applications and having regard to the defenses raised by the acquiring body, I deem it appropriate to allow the original claimants to AGP/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.5354/2016gr withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on submitting an undertaking that if any adverse order is passed, and the amount of compensation is reduced, they will re-deposit the amount, as may be specified, in the period prescribed by the Court.

Balance 50% amount be invested in a fixed deposit in any nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
