Learned APP submits that before the learned trial Judge the online status shows that the protest petition has been filed by informant. That means, summary has been filed, not the charge sheet against the applicant. Learned Advocate for applicants submits that 'B' summary appears to have been filed, however, that has not yet been decided. In view of this fact, the competent authority has taken further proceedings. We dispose of this Criminal Application with liberty to applicants to approach this Court, if and when occasion arises in future.
