Vide the present petition, prayer is made to direct respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to take necessary action against respondent No. 7. In fact, the petition is already dismissed as against respondent No. 7 as per Court's order dated 27.11.2015.

Mr. Shinde, learned APP submits that the complaint is registered and subsequently, charge sheet is also filed against five accused pursuant to the complaint filed by the present applicant. 3.

As the petition is already dismissed as against respondent No. 7 and the relief is claimed only as against respondent No. 7 and further, subsequently, charge sheet is also filed against the accused persons named in the complaint filed by the applicant, the present writ petition is dismissed.
