The applicants are permitted to withdraw 70 % of the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will re-deposit the said amount within next two months of passing of such order. Balance 30% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank till final disposal of the appeal.
