The petitioner is aggrieved by deletion of his name from the final voters list of respondent no.3-Society. According to the petitioner, he was not given opportunity and intimation about the deletion of his name.

It is informed by the learned Advocate for respondent no.2 that election programme is already declared and today is the date for publication of list of valid nominated candidates. 3.

Since this petition raises several disputed questions of fact and as the election programme is already declared, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage.

In the light of decision in Dattatray Genaba Lole and Others Vs. The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune and Others, reported in 2022(1) BomCR 471, the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed, by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
