Considering the cause, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand] to be deposited with the High Court Legal Service Authority within two weeks from the date of order. On deposit of cost, the petition be restored and place for admission. Failure to pay the cost within stipulated period, the order of restoration of the petition stands recalled.
