The original applicant / wife concedes that she is now in employment with Oxford International School at Nanded, as a Full Time Assistant Teacher (Temporary) and is drawing a consolidated package of Rs.22,000/- per month.

In view of the above, I do not find any necessity to add the representative of the School management to the pending proceedings and this Civil Application is, therefore, disposed off. akl/d
