Mr. Brahme, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the present applicant has already submitted the salary bills of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher from the year 2017 on 7/1/2020 and subsequently in February 2020. It is for the Education Ofcer to process the same. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that, initial salary bills were submitted of the petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak and not as an Assistant Teacher. The original contempt petitioner is not paid the salary since 2006 though this Court has observed that the

The salary of the present petitioner is stopped pursuant to the order of this Court as the steps were not taken by the present applicant to honour the orders of this Court. Now it is submitted that, the salary bills are presented to the Education Ofcer. The Education Ofcer shall process the salary bills of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. The applicant shall rectify the defects, if any, in the salary bills immediately.

Mr. Brahme, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant undertakes to rectify the defects, if any, in the salary bills immediately on being pointed out by the Education Ofcer.

Considering the above statements made, at present we modify the order passed earlier, withholding the salary of the present applicant, and direct that the salary bills of the present applicant shall also be processed and paid if the applicant is otherwise eligible.

Civil Application is disposed of.
