Heard rival submissions. The Acquiring Body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay of 1010 days which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. The learned counsel for the respondents -claimants submits that the Acquiring Body is negligent since beginning. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 1010 days stands condoned in all these applications.
