We have heard Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that, the Petitioner was appointed as a Laboratory Attendant. His appointment on probation was approved. The proposal is sent for approval to the continuation of the service of the Petitioner. The same is not decided. The Petitioner has also not been paid the salary.

The learned AGP accepts notice for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 4.

In case, the proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the Petitioner (Page-32) is pending with Respondent No.3/Education Officer, then the Respondent No.3 shall take decision

Depending upon the decision taken, the Respondent No.3 shall take immediate steps with regard to the payment of salary 6.

The Education Officer shall also take further steps within a period of three months as per the communication issued by the Deputy Director of Education to him (Page-18). 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
