Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties.

The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 295 days caused in filing the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 27.05.2021 in L.A.R. No.05/2014.

From the reasons stated in paragraph nos.2 to 4 of the application, it is apparent that the delay is attributable to the condition on account of Covid-19 pandemic. Further the applicant is seeking enhancement of the compensation in respect of the acquired land. Hence, sufficient case is made out to condone the delay. The application deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order:-

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 295 days caused in filing the First Appeal is hereby condoned.
