Learned counsel for the respondents-original claimants has strongly resisted the applications for condonation of delay. However, for the reasons stated in the applications, Civil Applications seeking condonation of delay in filing the First Appeals, are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) respectively. Civil Applications for condonation of delay are accordingly disposed of. 4.
The effect, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed on the condition that the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award, within fourteen (14) weeks from today, in this court, failing which the stay granted by this order, shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the court. Civil application for stay are disposed of.
