Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 2064/2072 days condoned in filing first appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court.

Learned Advocate for the claimants strongly objected to the grant of the applications on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained.

Though strong objection has been raised, yet, for the reasons stated in para no.04 to 10, since the steps were taken to seek necessary approvals, the delay is condoned. Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for consideration on 29th August 2019.
