By consent, these applications are taken up for hearing.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that amount in terms of award shall be deposited within four weeks.

In view of the statement made, the applications are allowed in terms of Prayer Clause "B" subject to condition to deposit the amount in terms of award in each of the matter, within four weeks. Failure to deposit the amount within four weeks, interim stay granted in the matter stands vacated without further reference to the Court.

7.

The applications for stay to execution of the award stand disposed of in above terms.
