The petitioner, who has been threatened with termination for failure to produce tribe validity certificate, is soliciting a direction to the scrutiny committee for early decision of his tribe claim.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the vigilance enquiry is to be concluded.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within five months.

4.

The petitioner shall not be terminated for a period of five months on the ground of failure to produce the certificate of validity.
