Perused the allegations in the first information report. Though specific overt act is not attributed to the applicant as contended by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, nevertheless, the offence is registered under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this application.

However, this order will not preclude the applicant in case he wishes to file the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court in the event of filing the charge-sheet by the Investigating Officer.
