The parties are unanimous that after due verification a proposal has now been forwarded to the State by the respondent no.2-Commissioner of Social Justice Division on the request of the petitioner-society to extend it the benefit of the scheme as mentioned in the communication dated 06.03.2025 which is annexed to the petition as Exh.R2. 3.

In view of above, there remains nothing to be decided and the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the aforementioned proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
