The petitioner is awaiting adjudication by the scrutiny committee about her tribe claim. By the order dated 25.06.2024 in writ petition No. 6070 of 2023, the petitioner's service was protected up to 31.03.2025, while simultaneously, directing the scrutiny committee to decide the proposal by that date. 2.

The committee is still to decide the petitioner's proposal. Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the committee would need further three months period to decide the proposal. 3.
