Heard the learned counsel for applicant and the learned APP for State.

The application is filed for granting some relief as the applicant wants to attend B.A.M.S. second year examination and for that, he wants to fill the form. It appears that the previous application filed for regular bail was withdrawn and so, the applicant is behind bars and he is not able to fill the form. 3.

Considering the urgency in the matter, direction is given to the concerned Jail Superintendent to see that with police squad, the applicant is taken to Health University, Nashik for filling his examination form on 3.4.2017. In advance, the charges of conveyance and escorts are to be deposited by the applicant. The application is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms.
