Learned counsel for the acquiring body objects. He takes me through earlier order in this application granting 50% withdrawal. According to him, the prayer is nothing but modification of the earlier order. The marriage has already been solemnized, as such there is no requirement for withdrawal of amount.

Perused the application and marriage invitation card. Necessarily, the applicant is in need of funds. He had already been permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court. Considering the financial need, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 20% more of the amount deposited in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing solvent security in the like amount. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
