The Petitioners desire that, Petitioner No.2/Ayesha Latif Shaikh should be given an appointment on 'Vashila Padhhat' under the Laud-Page Committee recommendations, since her mother was working as a 'Sweeper' with Respondent No.2 Municipal Corporation, Dhule, and has passed away on 24/01/2018.

In view of the above, we call upon the Municipal Corporation to deal with the said claim of Petitioner No.2, by

7471.24wp (2) following the due procedure. If the Petitioners have any grievance about the decision of the Corporation, they would be at liberty to approach the Industrial Court under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971, or any forum available in law, for redressal of their grievance and crystallizing their rights. 3.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
