The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted essentiality certificate for the ANM course on 09.08.2012. The petitioner was required to start the course within a period of three years. The petitioner could not start the course. The petitioner on 17.03.2020 applied for the extension of essentiality certificate to respondent No. 2. The same is not yet decided. 2.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner for extension of essentiality certificate is pending with respondent Nos. 1 and 2, then the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall take decision upon it on its own
