The application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. The papers of investigation were made available for perusal of this Court, including the call details in respect of call made by the deceased to the present applicant on 07.03.2017. The call details show that it is the deceased who had called the present applicant and not the applicant who had called the deceased. This Court has already considered the nature of allegations made against the present applicant. In view of nature of allegations, this Court has already granted the interim relief in favour of the applicant. The learned Counsel for the applicant made statement that
( 2 ) cria1719.17 the applicant has attended the concerned police station as per directions given by this Court in the interim order. The crime is registered for the offence punishable under sections 306 etc. of the Indian Penal Code and the prosecution is required to prove abetment as defined under section 107 of the Indian Penal Code. In the circumstances, this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the applicant.

In the result, the application is allowed. The interim relief granted on 06.04.2017 by this Court is confirmed.
