Under our order dated 14th March, 2018, we had issued bailable warrant to respondent no. 4 in each matter to secure their presence.

The civil applications are filed by respondent no. 4 in respective matters requesting to re-call the order. It is stated that the affidavits are filed. The applicants states that inadvertently the applicants did not notice the order dated 21st February, 2018, and as such there was failure to file the affidavits.

The applicants are expected to be diligent in attending the court matters and complying the orders passed by the court. Inadvertence cannot be a reasonable and sufficient excuse. 4.
However, considering that the applicants are in service and have tendered unconditional apology, so also, considering that the affidavits are also filed and that the order is complied, the
3 ca 4940.18 order dated 14th March, 2018, passed in Writ Petition No. 5982 of 2017, Writ Petition No. 6005 of 2017 and Writ Petition15302 of 2017 is recalled.
