Present petition can be disposed off in view of prayer clause 'B', which seeks directions to decide the caste claim of the petitioner by the respondent no.2.

It appears that the College of the petitioner had sent the proposal on 3.8.2023.

The petitioner intends to appear for NEET examination as well as CET. Therefore, taking into consideration purpose for which the claim is filed, pendency of the claims before respondent no.2, we dispose off the writ petition by issuing directions to respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner, as early as possible, and within a period of Four (4) months from today.
