The petitioner prays for financial assistance in the light of the Government Resolutions which are set out in the subject matter of the representation dated 14.02.2023 at page No. 34 of the petition paper book.

We are informed that the Tahsildar has to initiate the procedure for considering the petitioner's prayer. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 6 to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2023, in the light of the provisions of law and Government Resolutions applicable, within a period of thirty (30) days from today.
